The service and its price
TableFlow is an online service that lets a restaurant publish its menu and help its customers decide what to order. It doesn’t take orders or charge diners.
- Creating your restaurant and preparing your menu is free. You need a subscription to publish it.
- The subscription costs €20 a month before VAT, billed in euros. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- Outside the EU no VAT is added: €20 is the full price.
- Businesses in Spain, and customers in other EU countries who don’t give a VAT number, pay 21% Spanish VAT on top (€24.20 in total). A business in another EU country with a valid VAT number pays no VAT (reverse charge).
- There are no delivery costs: nothing physical is sent.
