Outside the EU no VAT is added: €20 is the full price. Businesses in Spain pay 21% Spanish VAT on top (€24.20 in total). A business in another EU country that adds its VAT number at checkout pays no VAT (reverse charge); without one, 21% Spanish VAT is added.

What it does

  • You choose what to recommend. The customer says what they fancy (“I’m hungry”, “Something sweet”) and sees up to three dishes you picked, with your reason.
  • Allergens you mark. The 14 EU allergens, with their icon on the menu and on each dish.
  • In four languages. Write your menu in English, Spanish, Catalan or French and add translations into the others. Each customer picks theirs, and if their phone is set to a language you’ve translated, the menu opens in it.
  • Euros, pounds or dollars. Your prices show in euros, pounds or US dollars.
  • No ads. Your customers see your menu for free, with no account. At the bottom there’s just a small link, “Menu made with TableFlow”.
  • Sold out in one tap. One tap on your phone and the dish disappears from the menu.
  • A daily set menu. Show your set menu alongside your usual dishes.

What it doesn’t do

  • It doesn’t charge your customers. There are no orders or payments at the table: they order as usual.
  • It doesn’t translate by itself. Anything you don’t translate shows in your menu’s main language. The set menu, the reason for each recommendation and photo descriptions are written in the main language only.
  • It doesn’t work out allergens. It only shows the ones you mark; your staff still answer any questions.
  • It doesn’t track sales or which dishes get the most views.
  • It doesn’t take bookings or manage tables, staff or stock.
